FAQ - Social Writer Pro™

  • No. You can generate drafts immediately using the default voice which has a balanced, clear, and approachable professional style.

However, setting up custom Brand Voices ensures you have full control over the tone and style of the output content across all outputs and team members.

  • All platform posts are generated from the same input content and selected Brand Voice. Social Writer Pro then applies predefined platform rules to adjust tone, length and nuance for each channel.

  • Platform outputs can be downloaded or copied and pasted into your publishing tool or editing software for further refinement. The generated content is intended to be reviewed and refined before going live.

  • Length is influenced by:

    • The selected platform

    • The depth of your input

    • Optional Instructions
If you need more control, use Optional Instructions to guide word count or emphasis.

  • Social Writer Pro works well with both structured and unstructured inputs. This can range from a completed piece of long-form content, such as a blog post that needs to be repurposed for social, to raw website text, rough notes or bullet points.

Clear objectives, key messages and context will improve alignment, but the platform is designed to transform everything from polished content to rough drafts into coherent social posts.

  • Use Optional Instructions to refine tone, adjust length, emphasise benefits, or guide a specific angle. They apply only to that generation and do not change your Brand Voice.

  • A new feature will soon allow you to save and reuse a fixed number of Optional Instruction prompts. This will make it easier to apply consistent refinement instructions across multiple drafts or campaigns without retyping them each time.

In the meantime, we recommend storing commonly used instructions externally and pasting them into the Optional Instructions field as needed.

  • New users must complete the sign-up process using the same email address the invitation was sent to. They cannot simply sign in if they have not created their account first.

  • Review your:

    • Input clarity

    • Selected Brand Voice

    • Platform selection

    • Optional Instructions

Small refinements in configuration often produce significant improvements. Manual review before publishing is always recommended.

  • We measure usage in tokens, which the AI uses to process and generate text. Monthly account limits are set generously so most users never need to count words manually.

To give you a clear benchmark, here’s what your monthly limit looks like in terms of ~200-word social posts:

    • Standard plan: ~2,000 posts/month

    • Multi-Voice plan: ~6,000 posts/month

    • Multi-Voice Scale plan: ~10,000 posts/month

If you’re on an annual plan, your total usage limit is simply 12× your monthly allowance.

These are estimates. Your actual output will vary based on the length and complexity of both your inputs and outputs.

Limits are intentionally generous to prevent anxiety about exceeding them. You’ll receive alerts well in advance so you can monitor your usage.

  • If your posts consistently reflect your selected Brand Voice and feel naturally adapted to each platform with minimal editing, your configuration is working effectively. Platform rules should adjust tone, length and nuance automatically, while your voice and input content remain clearly recognisable across every post.

  • The member limit is one more than the creator limit. This is to allow an Admin-only role on the account.

The person who sets up your account will be given Admin and creator status by default. They can disable their own creator status to open up that space for another creator to join the team.
