FAQ - Content Writer Pro™
-
No. You can generate drafts immediately using the default voice which has a balanced, clear, and approachable professional style.
However, setting up custom Brand Voices ensures you have full control over the tone and style of the output content across all outputs and team members.
-
Content Writer Pro will still generate structured content using the default format (Introduction, Main Sections, Conclusion). Selecting a specific Content Format gives you tighter structural control to meet your content goals. All Content Formats (except Default) can be customised from the Settings menu.
-
You can paste rough bullet points, notes, transcripts or partial drafts. The clearer and more specific your inputs, the stronger and more accurate the results will be.
-
Yes. You can use multiple input fields to combine notes, transcripts and reference material. Content Writer Pro will synthesise them into a single structured draft.
Note: You can also combine multiple ideas or contributor perspectives into a single input if you would prefer to work that way. Clear labelling will help the AI distinguish between themes, viewpoints or sections and produce a more coherent result.
-
Use Optional Instructions to refine tone, adjust length, emphasise benefits, or guide a specific angle. They apply only to that generation and do not change your Brand Voice.
-
A new feature will soon allow you to save and reuse a fixed number of Optional Instruction prompts. This will make it easier to apply consistent refinement instructions across multiple drafts without retyping them each time.
In the meantime, we recommend you store commonly used instructions externally and paste them into the Optional Instructions field as needed.
-
It’s totally optional, but only of value for public-facing website content. SEO is not relevant for internal documents, private communications or content behind paywalls.

Refine your inputs, adjust your Brand Voice, apply Optional Instructions, or modify the Content Format. Small configuration changes often produce significant improvements. Manual editing is still recommended before publishing.
-
New users must complete the sign-up process using the same email address the invitation was sent to. They cannot simply sign in if they have not created their account first.
-
The member limit is one more than the creator limit. This is to allow an Admin-only role on the account.
The person who sets up your account will be given Admin and creator status by default. They can disable their own creator status to open up that space for another creator to join the team.
-
We measure usage in tokens, which the AI uses to process and generate text. Monthly limits are set generously so most users never have to count words.
To give you a clear benchmark, here’s what your monthly account limit looks like in terms of 1,000-word articles:
Standard plan: ~600 articles/month
Multi-Voice plan: ~1,800 articles/month
Multi-Voice Scale plan: ~3,000 articles/month
If you’re on an annual plan, your total usage limit is simply 12× your monthly allowance.
These are estimates. Your actual output depends on the length and complexity of both your inputs and outputs.
Limits are intentionally generous to prevent anxiety about exceeding them. You’ll receive alerts well in advance so you can monitor your usage.

If your drafts consistently reflect your tone, structure and intent with minimal editing, your configuration is working effectively. Brand Voices and Content Formats should reduce variability and shorten revision cycles.
