Our Services process user-provided inputs and instructions to generate content outputs using third-party artificial intelligence services. Users remain responsible for the content they submit for processing and for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated outputs before relying on or using those outputs.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information relating to your account, subscription, use of the Services, and interactions with us. The billing name and country associated with the payment method
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, and payment data is stored and secured in accordance with Stripe’s privacy practices.

5. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
AI-powered features
The Services include features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies (collectively, AI Products) that assist users in generating and refining content based on their inputs, selections, and instructions.
These AI Products are provided to support content creation workflows and are not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Use of third-party AI services
We deliver AI Products through third-party artificial intelligence service providers, including Google Cloud AI.
Personal information processed through AI-powered features is processed by third-party AI service providers on our behalf solely to deliver the requested functionality.
When you use AI-powered features:
Your inputs are transmitted to the relevant AI service provider for processing
Generated outputs are returned to you via the Services
Inputs and outputs are processed in accordance with the AI service provider’s applicable terms and privacy policies
We do not intentionally store or retain the content you submit for generation or the content generated by AI beyond what is reasonably necessary for transient processing, delivery of the Services, security, and compliance purposes.
You must not use the AI Products in a way that violates applicable laws or the terms or policies of any AI service provider.
Purpose and scope of AI processing
Our AI Products are used solely to support the functionality of the Services, including:
AI-assisted content generation
Natural language processing
Text analysis and refinement
We do not use user inputs or generated outputs to train our own AI models.
Data protection and safeguards
Personal information processed in connection with AI Products is handled in accordance with this Privacy Notice and our contractual arrangements with third-party service providers. These arrangements are designed to ensure that personal information is processed only for authorised purposes and subject to appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We retain personal information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, including providing the Services, managing accounts and subscriptions, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and resolving disputes.
In general:
Personal information associated with your account is retained while your account remains active
If you cancel or terminate your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise personal information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required or permitted by law

The Services are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly market the Services to minors.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature that allows you to signal a preference not to have your online browsing activities tracked.
At present, there is no universally accepted standard for recognising or responding to DNT signals. Accordingly, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or similar automated mechanisms.
If a recognised standard for online tracking is adopted in the future that we are required to follow, we will update this Privacy Notice to reflect that practice.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Saimplify Pty Ltd is based in Australia. Your personal information may therefore be transferred to, stored, and processed in Australia or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Australia is not currently subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
